Nancy Higginbottom is a 50 year old two-time stroke survivor and stroke warrior who loves life and is recovering at home after her major stroke in May of 2015.  She is permanently disabled and learning how to not just survive but flourish in her post-stroke world.

Born in New Jersey she spent the majority of her life there.  She now lives in Southern Illinois.
